At the end of the day, a virtual meeting can’t replace the rapport of an in-person meeting, but we can do our best to emulate it! Turn on your camera, so everyone can see each other see eye-to-eye.

Every meeting is more productive when you practice active engagement and surface your perspective throughout the conversation. A virtual meeting is not at all different. Do participate!
